Staff was helpful and greeted us every time we entered the lobby. Team also sent texts to inquire if we needed anything. Beds were comfortable! Breakfast was typical hotel food but plenty of it. The waffle iron worked and the grits were delicious!! We were apprehensive before arriving when we read some of the reviews. I don’t always post a review but wanted to make the effort as I would stay here again.
Perfect location across the street from my work at Baxter Medical. The rooms are dated and a little musky. The desk clerk was very helpful picking a couple of restaurants nearby.
Came down for a funeral on valentine day weekend and the staff was great

This place is surprisingly nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. The only hiccups were no phone in the room and the toilet had difficulty flushing. The breakfast was descent but lacked many options for tgose with gluten sensitivities. I would still recommend this hotel as well as stay here again.
So I am bad luck had a dead door lock... then the heater was not working previous tenant jacked with the ac instead of the thermostat but the service there was above and beyond. Gentleman named Nick made sure I was absolutely taken care of! Rooms were nice and modern looking and feeling!
We stayed here for my aunt's funeral. The staff and service were great. The breakfast was very good and the young lady kept everything stocked. The rooms are clean and ok but it may be time to update soon.
My colleague and I were traveling for business and decided to stay at this Hampton Inn. We were greeted and checked-in by a young lady name Shay. She was very welcoming, easy to speak to and very helpful. It makes your stay a little better when the staff is as professional and helpful as she was. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable andbthe breakfast was setup very nice. Bathtubs could use a few updates but overall it was as a nice stay for one night!
I was absolutely satisfied with the overall service and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, extra fluffy towels were already there and I didn't have to call for anything. I was very pleased with the welcoming and the checkout. The young lady was very courteous.
Hubby and I enjoyed our stay for one night. Great service experience. Kia at the front desk gave us an awesome recommendation for a local pizza place (Lost Pizza Co.), which we really enjoyed! We didn't have any shampoo in our room so I went and asked at the front desk. He told me they were all out. But a nice cleaning woman heard my astonished "oh no!" and said she would find me one. Thank goodness! The room was clean and comfortable. The shower is old fashioned, inside a tub, and decor is out dated, but these things don't bother us when the price is right. I would recommend this hotel.
